Enrollment Confirmation

All students are REQUIRED to confirm their enrollment at the beginning of the semester. Students that complete all requirements in advance will not have to confirm their enrollment in person.  If you received notification that you have to confirm your enrollment in person, please come to Fayerweather Hall, room 205 at the designated times:

Complete the Online Enrollment Confirmation Form (log in with your my.maryvillecollege.edu account).

New students that did not confirm online in advance will confirm their enrollment on January 25th between 8:30am – 11:30am.

Returning students will confirm their enrollment on January 26th at the following times:
                1st year students – 8:30 am – 10:00 am
                2nd year students – 10:00 am – 11:30 am
                3rd year students – 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
                4th year students and above – 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm

Your checklist and information sheet were generated on January 22nd.   If you updated your information or completed items after that time, staff verification is required to confirm your enrollment.

Dual Enrollment Students

Dual Enrollment students may confirm their enrollment by doing the following:

  • Pay account balances (check your account balance via Self-Service
  • Verify and update your personal information via Self-Service (Instructions for updating this information are available HERE).
    • You must have the following information listed in Self-Service.  Please check the information listed for accuracy, and complete any missing information.
      • Your cell phone number
      • An IRIS alert number (this should be your cell phone number)
      • At least ONE Emergency Contact #
      • An accurate mailing address

International Students

Students that did not confirm online in advance will confirm their enrollment in Fayerweather 205 either on January 25th between 8:30am – 11:30am or on January 26th at the following times:
                1st year students – 8:30 am – 10:00 am
                2nd year students – 10:00 am – 11:30 am
                3rd year students – 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
                4th year students and above – 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
