Fitness Options

Alumni Gym

The Fitness Center and Recreation Gymnasium is located in Alumni Gym.  Alumni Gym hosts recreational activities such as basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, and more.  Alumni Gym use is free for all students, staff, and faculty. Examples of available exercise equipment includes treadmills, Stairmasters, cross-trainers, stationary bikes, TRX cables, and free weights.  Please see Alumni Gym Operational hours below:

  • Wednesday 12 pm – 9 pm
  • Thursday 12 pm – 9 pm
  • Friday 12 pm – 6 pm
  • Saturday 12 pm – 6 pm
  • Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm

Exercise is Medicine offers campus several different fitness classes to it’s students, staff, and faculty members.  Check them out!

ATHLETIC FIELDS

The Maryville College Athletic Fields are for varsity athletic practices and games. Permission to use these fields by students or college organizations should be obtained by contacting the Athletic Office at 865-981-8280. Campus Security has been asked to remove any individuals on the fields without authorized permission.

MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE

Wednesday:  3:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Mountain Challenge Camp 4

In addition to the tower, climbing cave, personal training, yoga, and free fitness assessments are available from 3:30 – 4:00 p.m.
