Maryville College Homecoming 2014
What a great weekend! Homecoming 2014 was held Oct. 3-5 and included something for everyone: lectures, Anderson Hall tours, cross country events, alumni choir performances, an alumni baseball game, awards ceremonies, a crafts fair and bake sale, reunions and, of course, a football game, which culminated with a 48-17 win over LaGrange College.
There were also several new events added to the schedule this year. One of the biggest changes was a campus and reunion tailgate held on the football practice field, which allowed alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends to enjoy food, fun and fellowship while being close to the pre-game activities near Honaker Field. Also new this year was an Alumni March, which allowed milestone reunion classes and alumni chapters to march together into the stadium prior to kick-off.
Homecoming 2015 is Oct. 16-17 – we hope to see you back on campus!
